Villa Rita is a charming villa for max 13 people, with swimming pool and sauna use, located on the nice beach of Domaso with panoramic view on lake. Dogs are allowed.
Villa Rita is a lake front enchanting two-storey house, surrounded by itsown private hedged garden with direct access to the beach of Domaso the nicest of lake Como. On request the villa can be s divided into two large and independent apartments.
The villa has a romantic winter garden, private parking, access to the beach for boats, a large garden with grillarea, fireplace, satellite TV, wi-fi, safe, independent heating. Enclosed dog area of 250 square meters. Guests have free use of the large shared swimming pool with built in whirlpool, baby pool, furnished pool solarium, jacuzzi and all the facilities of the nearby resort Residence Geranio (garage, reception and information desk, washmaschine). A housekeeper for daily clearing, sauna, steam bath are available on request.
The house is furnished with a mix of antiques and modern furniture, the kitchen is well equipped and has with oven and dishwasher.
Villa Rita is perfect for families who require elegance, privacy and close proximity to the lake or for friends who wish to spend the holidays together on lake Como, keeping their own freedom.
